Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the delivery of products purchased from Apex Menswear. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. This policy is written in accordance with applicable Australian consumer protections.

Shipping Destinations
Apex Menswear offers shipping both within Australia (Domestic) and to selected international destinations (availability shown at checkout). We do not ship to countries or regions subject to trade restrictions or where reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or in the event of stock or operational delays. You will be notified via email if any delay arises.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia. Estimated delivery timeframes are: standard shipping takes 2–8 business days (metro and regional areas), and express shipping takes 1–4 business days (metro areas). All domestic orders are dispatched with tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Apex Menswear is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, including those caused by carrier backlog, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination and chosen shipping method, but general estimates are: standard international takes 7–20 business days, and express international takes 5–10 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen delivery option. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These will be clearly communicated on our website.

Tracking and Delivery
Once dispatched, all orders include a tracking number. Apex Menswear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs authorities, lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the address provided, or orders returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information. We recommend monitoring your tracking link and contacting the carrier directly for delivery updates.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Order Issues and Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at menswear.apex@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier. Claims for missing parcels must be made within 30 days of dispatch.
