At Apex Menswear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also ask that returns and refunds be fair to both you and us.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully and feel free to reach out to us if you have sizing or product questions before placing your order.

Returns for Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to provide your order number, a clear photo of the item (and the defect, if applicable), and a description of the issue.

If approved, we will offer one of the following: a replacement item (if stock is available), a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.

Sizing Issues
If an item doesn’t fit, we may accept a size exchange (subject to availability). The item must be returned in original condition, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Items We Cannot Accept for Return or Refund
For hygiene and fraud-prevention reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for items that appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered, items returned without original tags or packaging, or orders reported missing or “not received” without valid delivery proof (e.g., parcel tracking marked delivered). We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Timeframes
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5–10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

How to Start a Return or Refund Request
Please contact us at menswear.apex@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include all necessary details (order number, photos, and issue summary) to avoid delays.
